These architectural renderings present the planned renovation of an 8,690-square-foot Mediterranean-Spanish villa at 1121 Tower Road in Beverly Hills. Created for BDR Inc., the CGI visualized how the existing property would look after renovation so it could be marketed before the work was fully represented by finished photography.
The exterior series covers the property from street, garden, aerial and night-time viewpoints. White rendered walls, terracotta roof tiles, arched openings, balconies and formal planting preserve the villa's Mediterranean character while the redesigned pool terrace and garden clarify its scale as a Beverly Hills estate. A close landscape view and night rendering add atmosphere beyond the more explanatory elevations.
Interior images show a bright open living room, coordinated kitchen and a dedicated wine cellar. Neutral furnishings and pale materials create a clean real estate presentation while retaining traditional detailing. The page also includes reference material, a design mood board and photographs of the property before renovation, allowing viewers to compare the existing condition with the proposed result.
This project required the visualization to bridge an existing building and a future renovation. Architectural information, landscape proposals, interior references and photographs of the original villa were combined into a coherent set of marketing images. The before material makes the transformation easier to understand and gives the CGI a clear practical purpose.
