A latest project we did for Das architects that is going to be developed by Pearl Properties and it will be a part of the Philadelphia version of New York's Billionare's row. The height of this building will be at 567 feet making it one of the Philadelphia's tallest buildings.

In this render we had to recreate the bottom part of the development entirely in 3d and add many people to showcase a life style feelin. We also used some backplates for the 2 tall sorounding buildings.
