This Manhattan Beach apartment visualization was created for BDR Inc. to support property sales before a full renovation was complete. The requested direction was the bright, believable look of professional real estate photography, allowing the marketing process to begin sooner and start generating buyer leads without waiting for construction and a finished photo shoot.
Two open-plan views connect the living room and kitchen, pairing a white sofa and tan armchairs with light timber flooring, stone surfaces, plants and a large island. One camera looks towards the broad windows and water beyond; the reverse angle brings the fireplace, white range hood and globe pendants into view. Together, they make the relationship between the main living functions easy to understand.
The bedroom continues the relaxed neutral palette with an upholstered bed, sheer curtains, ceiling fan and soft daylight. In the dining area, tall windows wrap around the table and woven chairs, creating a light-filled setting with another view towards the water. These complementary rooms give buyers both practical spatial information and a consistent impression of a calm coastal home.
