This architectural visualization project presents a multi-level residential apartment development in Mascot, New South Wales, created for Arkhaus. Positioned opposite Mascot Memorial Park, the building was visualized from the street to communicate its scale, facade treatment and relationship with the surrounding urban setting.
The daylight rendering gives a clear reading of the complete frontage, including the layered balconies, vertical screening, darker masonry base and planting across the upper levels. These elements break down the mass of the apartment block and introduce depth, privacy and greenery to the street-facing elevation. A second view shows the development after sunset, when illuminated apartments and balconies reveal the rhythm of the facade against the blue evening sky.
Using both daytime and night-time architectural CGI allows the project to be understood in two distinct ways. The first image explains materials, landscaping and architectural form, while the evening rendering creates a more atmospheric impression of the apartments as occupied homes. Together, the visuals provide a concise but convincing presentation of the proposed multi-residential property and its prominent location overlooking the park.
The two camera and lighting conditions were selected to perform different presentation roles without changing the underlying architecture. Accurate facade repetition, controlled interior illumination, street activity and contextual landscaping help the development feel connected to Mascot rather than isolated as a building model.
