This real estate visualization project presents the potential of a 12,500-square-foot estate on North Doheny Drive in Hollywood Hills West, near the Sunset Strip. Created for Vantage Design Group, the CGI imagery was developed to help market the land by showing prospective buyers how the site could be transformed into a substantial contemporary residence.
The exterior renderings reveal a multi-level villa shaped around the steep terrain, broad terraces, a swimming pool and expansive views across Los Angeles. Different viewpoints explain how the architecture could occupy the hillside, from a more distant street-facing perspective to closer views of the pool deck and layered facade. Warm interior lighting, landscaping and evening skies make the proposed property feel inhabited without hiding the building's form.
An interior dining view extends the same visual story inside, using full-height glazing and a restrained material palette to keep the city outlook central to the experience. By presenting both the architectural scale and the lifestyle the site could support, the renderings gave buyers something more persuasive than vacant-land photographs or development figures alone. The goal was not merely to show a house, but to make the value and possibilities of the land easier to understand.
Visualizing an unbuilt estate for a land sale requires a careful distinction between possibility and existing reality. Camera positions, terrain, landscaping, lighting and interior details were coordinated to create a believable proposal while keeping the site's elevation and views visible as the strongest reasons to engage with the property.
