Nes Ziona House No. 1 is a contemporary single-family residence in Israel, designed by Daniel Arev Architecture. Threelight CGI created a complete architectural visualization series showing the home from multiple exterior viewpoints and through carefully framed interior scenes. Together, the images communicate the building's restrained geometry, private street presence, garden-facing openings and bright open-plan living spaces.

A defining element of the architecture is its grey fibre-cement facade. The boards give the residence a precise contemporary identity while creating an air cavity between the external cladding and the concrete walls. Openings interrupt the solid outer volume in selected areas, introducing natural light into the interior without sacrificing the strong architectural character of the facade.

The exterior renderings move from clear daytime elevations to a more atmospheric dusk view, allowing the form, landscaping and illuminated interiors to be understood under different conditions. Inside, wider compositions establish the relationship between the kitchen, dining and living areas, while closer views reveal the joinery, furniture, lighting and material transitions. The result is a coherent set of residential CGI images that translates Daniel Arev Architecture's design into a believable visual experience.

Working closely with Daniel Arev Architecture, we focused on accurately representing the proportions, facade system, openings and interior atmosphere of the house. The combination of architectural overview images and intimate interior details made the design easier to evaluate and gave the client polished visual material for presenting the residence before relying on completed photography.
