Working closely with Daniel Arev Architecture, we created 3D rendering images of a single-family house.
The house is situated on a site area of 450 square meters, with a total floor area of 400 square meters. Despite its relatively small interior volume, the house boasts an airy feel, thanks to its double-height wooden ceiling allowing views from the ground floor onto an open family gallery.
The house's facades are inspired by French-Provence design yet incorporate modern elements for a unique and striking aesthetic. One facade faces the street, while the other faces the rear private garden, with both carefully designed to maximize visual impact and functionality.
The house's building materials pallet was kept simple, with stone, wood, steel, and plaster used in their natural, raw appearance for a timeless and elegant look. A compact Mediterranean garden surrounds the house, featuring local citrus trees and herbs, creating a seamless connection between the interior and exterior spaces.
Our 3D renderings of the single-family house showcase its stunning design and attention to detail, capturing its beauty and elegance. Collaborating with Daniel Arev Architecture was a pleasure to bring their vision to life.
