This residential visualization study presents a luxury condominium interior in New York, inspired by the work of interior designer Tony Ingrao. The CGI series focuses on a generous living room where pale finishes, tailored furniture and abundant natural light create a quiet, refined atmosphere.
Two wider views explain the arrangement of multiple seating areas across the room, using soft neutral upholstery, sculptural tables and restrained artwork to preserve a sense of space. Two close compositions shift attention towards textiles, cushions, decorative objects and the subtle layering of cream, grey and black tones.
The project was originally presented as work in progress, with a dining-room visualization planned to follow. Even as a living-room study, the image set demonstrates how a luxury interior can feel polished without becoming visually crowded, and how detail views can add intimacy to a broad real estate presentation.
The visual direction depended on subtle tonal control rather than dramatic colour. Soft daylight, pale materials and carefully spaced furniture were balanced so the room retained depth and contrast. The close images then tested whether the same restrained palette remained convincing at object level.
