This hotel visualization project in Oia, Santorini, was created for twoarchitects and Hotel Brain while the property was undergoing renovation. The renderings allowed the marketing process to begin before the completed rooms and terraces were available for professional photography.
The interior images present a softly curved guest suite and bathroom using white rendered surfaces, built-in furniture, natural textures and restrained neutral tones. Arched openings and rounded niches reflect the architectural language associated with Santorini while maintaining a clean contemporary hospitality character.
An exterior terrace view places two loungers against the uninterrupted Aegean outlook, connecting the intimate rooms with the destination guests would experience beyond them. Together, the three images communicate accommodation, detail and location in a compact marketing set designed to sell the atmosphere of the renovated hotel.
Pre-completion hotel marketing depends on consistency between architecture and emotion. Soft daylight, white surfaces, natural accessories and carefully framed sea views were used to create calm, credible images while preserving the simplicity of the Oia setting.
