This villa visualization in Hidden Hills, California, was created for BDR Construction, Inc. while the property was still under construction. The client needed polished exterior renderings that could communicate the finished home and support real estate marketing before physical photography was possible.

Threelight CGI built the residence from the supplied DWG plans and elevations, then incorporated the client's detailed landscape design. Four complementary views present the architecture from the street, driveway and garden, revealing the relationship between dark timber volumes, natural stone, broad windows and layered planting. Flowering borders and mature trees give the property a settled character without hiding its form.

The image sequence moves from a clear public-facing elevation to closer, more atmospheric viewpoints. This allows prospective buyers to understand the complete frontage while also seeing how the materials, landscaping and entrance experience could feel at ground level. The renderings turn technical construction information into a convincing preview of the completed villa.

Accuracy was especially important because the visuals represented a real property approaching completion. Plans, elevations and the supplied landscape scheme were coordinated into one consistent 3D environment, allowing the marketing images to show a credible future state rather than a generic luxury-house concept.
